Our Feels That Heal program has helped countless women around the world liberate themselves from the limiting beliefs and emotions that impact their health and their lives, and get into confident action by banishing obstacles and negative thoughts, creating a new vision, and boldly stepping into the health and life of their dreams.
Afiya Wellness was established in 2003 with the mission to support women like you in overcoming the emotional baggage that can keep us stuck in fear, anxiety, stress, inaction, and illness.
I am Razan, your self-development coach. My education, along with 27 years of experience qualify me as a holistic health and mind-body practitioner, as well as life & grief coach.
I am fueled by my own experiences with anxiety, insecurity, emotional imbalance, and the resulting loss of health and identity due to illness and grief.
With hope, trust, some desperation, and a science-based approach to thinking and acting in a different way, I was able to free my mind and body, trust myself again, and move forward into a life rich with healing, emotional wellness, and gratitude. And my results have stuck to this day!
